Delicious Crustless Quiche
How to make a crustless low carb, ham and cheese quiche, easy step by step instructions from start to finish.

- 5 large eggs
- 85g / 3oz Mature/strong cheddar cheese
- 2 Slices of boiled ham
- 2 Medium spring/green onions
- Small bunch of chives
- 1 Clove garlic
- 30g / 2tbls Double or single cream
- 2g / ¼tsp Salt
- Knob of butter
- Before starting the recipe, pre heat your oven to 190°C / 375°F / gas mark 5
- Grease a suitable size flan dish or ovenproof pan, (see video for details).
- Finely chop the onions, garlic and chives and ham.
- Add the eggs, salt and cream to a bowl and whisk for 1 minute…
- Gently fold in the ham cheese and chopped onions and garlic be careful not knock the air out of the mix.
- Transfer the mixture to the buttered dish or pan.
- Carefully place in the preheated oven and set the timer for 20 minutes.
- After the time is up rempve from the oven and allow it to rest for 2 minutes.
- Carefully remove from the pan/dish and serve hot or cold.

- This quiche goes very well with a salad.
