Delicious Crustless Quiche

How to make a crustless low carb, ham and cheese quiche, easy step by step instructions from start to finish.

  • 5 large eggs
  • 85g / 3oz Mature/strong cheddar cheese
  • 2 Slices of boiled ham
  • 2 Medium spring/green onions
  • Small bunch of chives
  • 1 Clove garlic
  • 30g / 2tbls Double or single cream
  • 2g / ¼tsp Salt
  • Knob of butter
  • Before starting the recipe, pre heat your oven to 190°C / 375°F / gas mark 5
  • Grease a suitable size flan dish or ovenproof pan, (see video for details).
  • Finely chop the onions, garlic and chives and ham.
  • Add the eggs, salt and cream to a bowl and whisk for 1 minute…
  • Gently fold in the ham cheese and chopped onions and garlic be careful not knock the air out of the mix.
  • Transfer the mixture to the buttered dish or pan.
  • Carefully place in the preheated oven and set the timer for 20 minutes.
  • After the time is up rempve from the oven and allow it to rest for 2 minutes.
  • Carefully remove from the pan/dish and serve hot or cold.
  • Serving suggestion
  • This quiche goes very well with a salad.
