375g / 13oz Sausage meat, I use ordinary sausages, with the skins cut off
1 Roll Puff pastry
¼tsp White pepper
1tsp Curry powder
Egg wash
Grease a baking tray, see video for the tray dimensions.
Preheat your oven to 190°C 375°F or gas mark 5.
Mix the sausage meat with the pepper and curry powder and divide it into 8 portions.
Divide the store bought pre rolled puff pastry into 8 pieces.
Roll each of the sausage meat portions into sausage shapes and place on the edge of a piece of pastry, brush water on the opposite side and roll up the pastry as shown in the video.
Place the completed rolls on the baking tray and evenly space them out.
Brush the egg wash over each roll and score 2 or 3 lines across the top of the pastry as shown in the video.
Get the completed tray of rolls into the preheated oven and set your timer for 25 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow them to relax for a couple of moments.
