Watch on YouTube here Ingredients Method 1ltr / 2.2 pints Ham or Chicken stock 2 Large onions (approx: 550g / 1lb.3oz) 2 Large Potatoes (approx: 550g / 1lb.3oz) 170g / 6oz Boiled ham (pulled) 150mls Double or heavy cream 15g / ½oz Chives (chopped) 2g ½tsp Black pepper. Salt to taste Bring the stock to a boil. Add the chopped onions, grated potatoes, and black pepper to the stock, and bring to a boil, simmer for 10 minutes. After the 10 minutes, blend it all together with a hand blender, until smooth. Add the ham, chopped chives, and cream, mix together. Simmer for a further 5 minutes, and that is it, done.
