Spicy Potato Wedges
How to make awesome Spicy Potato Wedgers in your air fryer, using my companies spice mix, plus a mouthwatering Lime & Coriander Dip to go with them.

Method
- Serves 2 Adults:
- 2 or 3 Large Potatoes
- 15g / 1tbls Cooking Oil (I use chilli oil in the video)
- Salt & Black Pepper
- Spices:
- ½tsp Onion powder or granules
- ½tsp Garlic powder or granules
- ½tsp Paprika
- ¼tsp Cayanne powder
- Spicy Lime & Coriander Dip:
- 150g / 5½oz Sour Cream or Plain Yogurt
- Zest & Juice of 1 Lime
- 1 to 2tbls Sriracha Sauce
- Fresh Coriander (small bunch / chopped fine)
- Combine all of the spices and mix together.
- Combine all of the dip ingredients and mix together and refrigerate.
- Wash and cut your potatoes into wedges (skin on).
- Rince them in cold water until the water runs clear, then dry them thoroughly on a clean towel.
- Pour the oil into a large bowl and add the wedges along with a sprinkle of coarse sea salt and black pepper and give them a good toss so all the wedges are evenly coated in the oil and seasoning.
- Add the wedges to your air fryer, and the settings are.
- Mode: Air fry
- Temp: 170°C / 340°F
- Time: 15 Minutes
- Once the time is up, add the wedges to the bowl once more and sprinkle over the spices and give them a good toss making sure each wedge has an even coating of spices.
- Get them back in the air fryer and use the following settings are.
- Mode: Air fry
- Temp: 180°C / 355°F
- Time: 5 Minutes
- Once done tip the now crispy wedges into a paper towel lined bowl to soak away any excess oil.
- Transfer the wedges to a dish, serve piping hot with the spicy dip.
- Enjoy.
